Rapid Prototype
CNC High Speed Machining/Wire EDM: The CNC process is great for tight tolerance projects in any volume and in just about any material including: aluminum, zinc, magnesium, titanium, steel and mostplastics.Additionally, our wire EDM service is designed for those very small, tight tolerancemetal parts.
( SLA) Stereo Lithography:One of the fastest and most economical methods of producing a part to emulate a plastic molded part. It comes in a number of different materials. Parts can be built to almost any size. For very large parts, they are split, built and bonded together. The main use is for part-verification and/or as a pattern for building tools for rubber molds, injection molds and metal castings.
(SLS) Selective Laser Sintering: The main difference between the SLS and the SLA method is the material. Both use a laser that cures the material. But the SLS material is a dry power that comes in a fine nylon and a glass-filled nylon. The SLS is geared towards parts that need to withstand more stress, such as living hinges, snap features and durable parts.
(FDM) Fused Deposition Modeling: The FDM is a very strong ABS-like material that flows through an applicator and is built up a layer at a time.
3D Modeling/Printing: Parts are built from a wax and/or starch product. This is good for cheap design verification. The parts are not as strong as those produced through other methods, but still serve a purpose.
