Plastic Prototype Options

Thermoforming

Parts are produced with heat and a vacuum. We offer Pressure Forming, which uses heat, a vacuum, and a second half tool for the pressure. Lead time: 3-5 weeks.

Low-Pressure Foam

We cast a hard skin epoxy over a pattern and reinforce the backing with layers of fiberglass. We then shoot in expandable, flexible foam that is self skinning. This method is good for sizes ranging from a few inches up to many feet. Lead time: 2-4 weeks.

Fiberglass

We offer fast patterns from cast or cut tooling methods, and parts are either hand-laid or sprayed on fiberglass. Lead time: 2-4 weeks.

Blow Molding

We can blow mold in a 3-D dual durometer process as well as do deep draw blow molding. We cast and cut tools for speed. Lead time: 4-6 weeks.
